    Just like Cameron Diaz in the “Sweetest Thing” I just like to shake my ass all the way up a hill, down some stairs, just walking around the office, walking down the road…. :) I find that just keeping a little pep in my step on the regular keeps me motivated and ready for what the day brings.

    I like running in the morning after I wake up. Right now I use my iPod touch to listen to tunes. It’s super inconvenient holding it while I’m running.
